"In my assessment, this is not yet an election campaign. This is a pre-campaign. We, the MPs and senators, have not only the right, but the duty to meet with voters and discuss both local and central matters, as well as foreign policy. This is completely natural, so I am surprised, because what both politicians are talking about concerns Warsaw. I myself organized meetings in Warsaw, I talked, and it was not an election campaign," said the Marshal of the Senate, Stanisław Karczewski.
