Grzegrzółka: Convening a Sejm session is the Marshal's prerogative. It can never be ruled out, but no decision has been made. - Matters in the Sejm are very serious. What has been happening for several days within the Sejm complex, in the Sejm corridors, is one of our current priority observational actions. This also means that the Marshal of the Sejm attaches great importance to this and has foregone an important foreign visit to Georgia in order to observe what is happening on site. This is simultaneously a declaration of anticipation for government legislative proposals. No scenario can be ruled out in this matter, including one where the ongoing talks conclude with some agreement, and this could influence the situation – stated Andrzej Grzegrzółka in a conversation with journalists. - Convening a Sejm session is the prerogative of the Marshal of the Sejm. It can never be ruled out. Already twice in this half-year, Sejm sessions have been extended. It can never be ruled out, but at the same time, no decision has been made. Talks and consultations are currently underway; we are counting on an agreement and consensus – added the CIS Director, when asked about an additional session.
