Morawiecki's "5" - What the Prime Minister Announced at the PiS Convention [LIST] Morawiecki's "5" assumes the implementation of important social and economic programs, local investments, and actions for seniors and people with disabilities. It consists of specific solutions: 1. A reduction in CIT tax for small businesses from 15% to 9% starting next year, which is the lowest level in the EU. 2. Introduction of a "small ZUS" calculated proportionally to revenue for companies with monthly turnovers up to 2.5 times the minimum wage in Poland. The lower the earnings, the lower the ZUS. 3. A "Wyprawka" (school starter pack) - PLN 300 at the beginning of the school year for every student starting primary and secondary school. 4. A new fund for building local roads worth at least PLN 5 billion. This means thousands of kilometers of renovated roads in villages, small towns, communes, and counties. 5. The "Dostępność+" (Accessibility+) program - eliminating barriers for people with disabilities - over PLN 20 billion over 8 years.
