“This year, one could say, it’s exceptional news, as it’s delivered in the centenary year of Poland regaining its independence, which the minister emphasized several times. I must say, I am very satisfied with this speech, I rate it very highly. It is evident that the minister is not only the Minister of Foreign Affairs, not only an experienced diplomat, but also possesses vast knowledge regarding international relations. He is, after all, a professor in this very field, and this was visible in today's address. It covered practically all threads related to Polish foreign policy, but above all, what greatly pleased me, was the very strong emphasis on an element of foreign policy that is very important to me for a state to pursue, namely cooperation between the bodies conducting this policy: the cooperation of the President of the Republic of Poland with the Prime Minister, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and the repeatedly emphasized role of parliament in building these international relations. Thus, showcasing the entire spectrum of authorities that have one program, pursue a common, coherent, correlated foreign policy, and I must say that I consider the emphasis on this to be one of the most valuable elements of this speech” - said President Andrzej Duda at a press briefing in the Sejm.
