Petru on Modern's Elections: 'I'm Optimistic About the Outcome'
- I am open to all new beginnings. I am convinced that we will reach an agreement and we will see the result on Saturday. Democratic elections also involve reaching agreements. I'm optimistic about the outcome. I am capable of cooperating with both Kamila Gasiuk-Pihowicz and Katarzyna Lubnauer. Both informed me that they would not be running, and in that sense, this is a surprise, because they promised not only me, but also through the media, that they would not take this step. They did, but Kamila is now withdrawing - stated Ryszard Petru at a briefing in the Sejm.
- I want to declare that after winning the elections, I am willing to reach an agreement and cooperate closely with both Kamila Gasiuk-Pihowicz and Katarzyna Lubnauer - he added.
