Szydło: Nothing like Polexit will happen. Poland belongs to the EU, and the EU also belongs to Poland - The vast majority of Polish women and men are in favour of Poland's presence in the EU. There is no party in the Polish parliament that advocates for Poland to leave the EU. In the history of Poland's membership in the EU, it has never happened that the main candidate for victory in the presidential elections was a politician advocating for its departure. Similarly, it has never happened in Poland that a party hostile to European integration won elections to the European Parliament. Meanwhile, attempts are being made to convince European public opinion that Poland is anti-European or that Polexit even threatens us. I must say unequivocally, and I want to say it loud and clear: nothing like that will happen. Poland belongs to the EU, and the EU also belongs to Poland - said Prime Minister Beata Szydło during the XV Foreign Policy Forum.
