Karczewski on the "one MP, one vote" principle: PAD's idea is very risky - The [President's] idea is very risky. It hasn't been applied here in law yet, in practice. It is very risky, and what Minister Warchoł said yesterday is theoretically possible. All MPs will vote for one judge, and no selection will be made - Stanisław Karczewski said in an interview with Bogdan Rymanowski on TVN24's "Jeden na jeden". He added that a deadlock could occur, preventing a selection.
