Political Agenda for Monday: Final Day of NATO PA Session, Trzaskowski's Press Conference, Verification Committee on Mokotowska 63
Monday marks the final day of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly session, and with it, the culmination of the summit – a plenary session where top officials from Poland, the host country, NATO, and the NATO PA are scheduled to speak. The agenda includes addresses from, among others, President Andrzej Duda, Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki, Marshal of the Sejm Marek Kuchciński, Marshal of the Senate Stanisław Karczewski, and NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg.
At 12:30 PM, a meeting between President Andrzej Duda and NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg will take place at the Belvedere. The schedule includes a photo opportunity at the beginning of the meeting, followed by a press conference. Later, at 2:40 PM, Stoltenberg will meet with Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister (KPRM).
At 11:30 AM, in front of the entrance to the Zygmunt Hübner Powszechny Theatre, a press conference will be held by Rafał Trzaskowski, the Civic Platform and Modern candidate for Mayor of Warsaw.
At 10:00 AM, a closed-door meeting of the verification committee will take place, where decisions regarding compensation for residents may be made. Around 11:30 AM, committee members will announce the verdict at a press conference. On Wednesday at 10:00 AM, the Verification Committee will hold a hearing under general rules.
