In practice, however, such behavior is weeded out like a plague.”

Trzaskowski? 10 months as Minister of Digitization and a year as deputy in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Experience in local government? I have two terms, my deputy (candidate for vice-president Piotr Guział - editor) has 20 years – he knows Warsaw like few others. And Trzaskowski and Paweł Rabiej have not spent a single minute in local government. They will be learning for the first few years. Who managed a larger budget? I managed one of the largest government budgets in Poland – 11 billion PLN. My opponent only a little over 1 billion for 10 months.”

In laws operating in other countries, the state is necessary to establish a partnership union – these unions are concluded before a civil registrar. However, another solution is possible – homosexual individuals act as parties who conclude a civil law contract for a partnership union, which is then registered by the state and introduced into the legal circulation, similar to how agreements to form a company are introduced by registration in the National Court Register. The state here acts not as the creator of entitlements and guarantor of partnership union rights, but as a sort of 'bouncer.'”

This is a competitor. So they are drawn into games they are not used to. They begin to learn: they use their own instruments to somehow find their way in the new role. The Supreme Administrative Court is authorized to apply interim measures in this situation and, as far as I know, used this authority for the first time. The President, in order to comply with this decision, should not, for the time being, appoint candidates recommended by the KRS.
