- It was an element of the discussion on how to implement our political plan. And we came to the conclusion that it needed to be implemented through a two-lung strategy. And together with the President [Jarosław Kaczyński], we went to a conference and implemented this two-lung strategy – until the healthy lung was amputated a few months later – said Mateusz Morawiecki on Kanał Zero.

- I can ask: what happened that suddenly a strategy which had already brought stabilization in polls, showed some positive steps, turned out to be not worth continuing? It's a great pity – he stated.
