"The Head of the President's Chancellery, Mr. Bogucki, announced that the President intends to appoint 4 new neo-judges to the Supreme Court on Tuesday (July 28th). The goal is clear – deepening the crisis." – wrote Waldemar Żurek on X.

"Therefore, it is worth publicly asking: Who will pay for the damages, burdening the State Treasury, awarded by the ECHR to citizens, due to the participation of improperly appointed Supreme Court judges in their cases? Will the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland pay from its own budget, or will the head of state take it upon themselves?" – he continued.
