- It is irritating that this coordination between the prosecution and the court, frankly speaking, does not look good. The court ruled that since we are unable to indicate the whereabouts of Zbigniew Ziobro in Europe, the European Arrest Warrant makes no sense. Some prosecutors believe otherwise, and in these disputes, I would say formal ones, what is most important is lost, namely the effectiveness of the Polish state in prosecuting alleged criminals, including former politicians - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk at a press briefing in Paris.

- We have a lot of work ahead of us, and I don't want to lament the state of the justice system here, but rather the work of some of its representatives in the prosecution or judiciary, but I really have a lot to do here - he continued.
