Former Head of KRRiT Detained by CBA

- This morning, on the order of the prosecutor of the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Rzeszów, agents of the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau detained two former members of the Polish National Foundation: 64-year-old Maciej Ś. and 63-year-old Cezary J. - informed Jacek Dobrzyński on social media.

- The investigation concerns the abuse of powers and dereliction of duty in 2017 by members of the management board of the Polish National Foundation in connection with the financing of the "Just Courts" media campaign, causing the foundation a financial loss of no less than PLN 8.4 million - stated the spokesperson for the minister coordinator of special services.

Following searches and seizures conducted by CBA agents, the detained men will be transported to the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Rzeszów.
