- We have an enormous number of tools. We are a country situated in a strategic location for Ukraine's reconstruction. We are also a country with strategic influence regarding NATO and Ukraine's potential integration into the European Union. There are many possible ways to force the Ukrainians to do this today, one just needs to want to – he continued.

- For instance, today, the adoption of a resolution opposing Ukraine's entry into the European Union. This must be stated directly: Ukraine, which will be based on anti-values that glorify the Banderite ideology, identical to German Nazism, has no place in Europe, and the European capitals must acknowledge this – he pointed out.

- We must force the European Union, including through our position within the EU, to cease funding arms and reconstruction for Ukraine in any way at this moment, until Ukraine embarks on a path of pro-human values – he added.
