- We have the extradition request [for Zbigniew Ziobro] ready. Prosecutor Woźniak, who is handling this case and with whom I am in constant contact, told me – and I agree with him – that he was waiting for the court's justification, the second-instance court's justification for applying arrest, because the court stated that some charges might not be substantiated. Therefore, we must formulate this request so that the federal court in the USA cannot find fault with a single point.
