"Initially, the Ukrainian side proposed a phone conversation between the two presidents. Ultimately, it did not happen due to President Zelensky's lack of response. A proposal for a meeting between the two presidents also emerged from President Zelensky's associates. A date and time were set. It did not happen because President Volodymyr Zelensky withdrew from the meeting." - he continued.

"This means that the Ukrainian authorities were not ready to change the name of the military unit bearing the name of criminals under the UPA insignia. It was exclusively playing for time. That's the fact" - he stated.
