- President Karol Nawrocki has decided that immediately after returning to Poland, he will invite the Minister of National Defence, Deputy Prime Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz for a discussion regarding further steps. This cooperation with the government, especially with the Ministry of National Defence (MON), is indispensable for fleshing out these declarations, because the door to further Polish-American cooperation, including in the context of a permanent US military presence in Poland, is open. However, this American declaration needs to be filled with concrete actions, and the MON and the minister himself will naturally be responsible for their implementation here - stated Marcin Przydacz at a press briefing.

- What emerges from these American talks is that the final decision on this matter [permanent presence] will be made by President Donald Trump, the White House - he continued.
