Monday's Political Agenda: Tusk in Korea, Nawrocki to Commemorate Katyn Victims, Czarnek on Healthcare Disaster

Prime Minister Donald Tusk begins his visit to Korea. During the night Polish time, he laid a wreath before the memorial at the National Cemetery and met with President Lee Jae-myung.

At 7:10 AM Polish time, he will meet with Prime Minister Kim Min-seok, and at 8:00 AM, with the Speaker of the National Assembly Woo Won-shik. A meeting with representatives of leading Korean enterprises and business associations is scheduled for 9:30 AM.

At 8:30 AM, an event will take place in the Sejm with the participation of the Vice-President of PiS and candidate for Prime Minister, Przemysław Czarnek: "Consultations on the catastrophic situation in the healthcare system with the participation of Prof. Przemysław Czarnek, local government officials, doctors, hospital directors, and PiS parliamentarians."

At 11:00 AM, on the Day of Remembrance of the Victims of the Katyn Massacre, the President of the Republic of Poland, Andrzej Duda, will pay tribute to Poles murdered in April and May 1940 by the NKVD.

At 2:00 PM, an extraordinary Sejm committee will consider the government's draft bill on the status of the next of kin in a relationship and a cohabitation agreement.
