- There is a bill from Poland 2050 in the Sejm, I strongly urge it to be unfrozen and moved forward, which increases excise duty on alcohol and transfers all of these funds to healthcare. The President said that if there is an overall increase in excise duty on alcohol for healthcare, he will sign such a bill - Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz said on Polsat News.
