- I have the impression of taking a big step – I mean Poland and the entire Polish legal system – forward, when it comes to restoring the rule of law. The fact that the last 10 years have been a period of chaos in the Constitutional Tribunal – I would even put forward this thesis: the absence of a Constitutional Tribunal – is a fact, but specific individuals are responsible for it – Mr. Kaczyński, Mr. Ziobro, as well as President Duda, and now President Nawrocki – said Marcin Kierwiński in an interview with Grzegorz Kępka on Polsat News’s “Graffiti”.
