Bogucki on Today's Swearing-in Ceremony in the Sejm:
Of Course, They Won't Be Judges.
- Is it a ceremony, or some kind of meeting... I don't know at all, it's hard to define this formula, because the Sejm's regulations do not provide for this type of action. I don't know if it will be sworn in before the Marshal. I don't think so, because I don't think the Marshal would take on the responsibility of a constitutional offense and apparently a crime under Article 231. So I assume that these judges will simply, and I don't know, announce themselves to the columns, walls, rooms, and people gathered there, or read the words contained in the law, but it will not be a swearing-in ceremony in the sense of the law on the status of Constitutional Tribunal judges - stated Zbigniew Bogucki in RMF FM.
- And what should happen in every democratic rule of law state, meaning if state bodies, individuals who are to hold public office, public officials, in the future, because they are not yet, in order to assume the function of a judge, an oath must be taken, they are not acting within the limits of the law and are acting without legal basis, and in essence that's what it will boil down to, then this act will be an invalid act. Of course, they won't be judges - he continued.
