Bogucki on Swearing-in Ceremony in the Sejm:

They Won't Be Constitutional Tribunal Judges. They'll Be Anti-Judges.

- The question is how it will look. Will the oath [of the Constitutional Tribunal judges] be taken before the Marshal? I don't think the Marshal will take on such responsibility. Perhaps it will be before columns, before walls. Certainly not before the President - said Zbigniew Bogucki in "Gość Wydarzeń" on Polsat News.

- Certainly, in that sense, they won't be Constitutional Tribunal judges. They will be anti-judges. And why? Because even before they became Constitutional Tribunal judges, they are telling you, telling me, telling the public opinion, telling Poles: "We will not abide by the law, because we will not comply with Article 4, Paragraph 1 of the Act on the Status of Constitutional Tribunal Judges" - he stated.
