The Left Appeals to Nawrocki Regarding SAFE:
Do Not Deprive the Polish Army of These Funds.
- We have concluded the meeting of the National Council. The National Council was dedicated to two matters. Firstly, we filled vacant positions and elected the party's management board. This was the first National Council meeting after the convention, so all personnel matters needed to be finalized. However, unlike PiS, we elected members of the management board - stated Włodzimierz Czarzasty at a press briefing.
- Secondly, and very importantly – the National Council unanimously adopted a resolution regarding SAFE. This is an important matter and an important stance from one of the four political forces that co-govern the country. Mr. President, for the umpteenth time in this resolution, we appeal for you to sign the SAFE act. 180 billion PLN for the Polish army. Do not deprive the Polish army of these funds, it makes no sense. These funds are here, they are now, to be spent in Polish factories, to be spent on Polish armament, for the Polish army - continued the leader of New Left.
