"I only see, so to speak, positives in [the president's] proposal. When we talk about the Polish SAFE 0%, meaning we have instruments in our own hands, we use our own resources, everything stays within the country, we are sovereign in these decisions" - said Zbigniew Bogucki on Polsat News' "Gość Wydarzeń" (Guest of Events).

"And on the other hand, we don't have to pay interest, gigantic interest until the year 2070, because nobody really wants to talk about it today. At first, they didn't want to say it was a loan at all. Now Poles know it's a loan, if the SAFE proposed by the government were to come into effect." - he continued.
