- I even referred to him in one of my speeches. We had a very young guy from the United States working with us, who organized a lot of campaigns for Democrats, and before that, for Republicans as well. As a very young lad, 14-15 years old, he got involved in politics. And he said something like this, when he was 19, he said something like this  - listen, in my opinion, the attack on Nawrocki over the studio apartment and so on is too much, it will be exactly like with Trump. Meaning, if you tighten the screw too much and only talk about it and only chatter about it, people get this feeling – aha, they're beating up the guy, so we have to help him - said Rafał Trzaskowski in an online interview with Żurnalista.

The host asked about TVP – whether overly zealous journalists, who really wanted him to win, didn't harm him.

- Meaning, such an attack can always be exaggerated, or people say, okay, we've had enough of this, we know what we know, we want to focus on a normal campaign. So, in my opinion, yes. In my opinion, these attacks on Nawrocki became simply overheated at some point. And they led to the situation where these very serious problems, which in a normal election campaign should lead to the disqualification of a candidate, because I believe so, they somehow morphed in the eyes of many Poles into something like a witch hunt, right? - he continued.

- Plus, given this polarization, the narrative from the other side, that actually nothing happened, that President Nawrocki is actually a hero because he gave the studio apartment for social purposes, that it somehow broke through to people - emphasized the Mayor of Warsaw.
