Europe needs reforms, because the world around us is changing rapidly, but the future of the European continent should be built on the foundation of the EU, not on its ruins. Poland's Ordo Iuris, Hungary's governmental college of Maciej Korwin in cooperation with circles of American nationalists, are jointly building a program for the paralysis of the EU - stated Radosław Sikorski in the Sejm.
