Charges for Former Heads of Services. Prosecutor Confirms Pegasus Case

- The prosecutor today presented charges to former heads of services, former ABW head Piotr P. and former SKW head Maciej M. These are charges of neglecting duties in connection with allowing the use of software by ABW and SKW respectively, allowing the use and subsequent several-year operation of the Pegasus system despite the system not having security accreditation and despite it not providing adequate protection for the processing of classified data and the protection of methods and forms of conducting operational activities - stated prosecutor Przemysław Nowak at a press briefing.
