- By the decision of the party leader, Włodzimierz Czarzasty, Mayor Krzysztof Matyjaszczyk is suspended with immediate effect from his membership rights until this matter is fully clarified. Clarifying this issue is in the public interest, as well as in the interest of the Left party itself. The law must apply equally to everyone, there are no exceptions, transparency is needed, and this matter must be clarified - informed the spokesman for the Left, Łukasz Michnik.
