- We are in Stalowa Wola, which has been so much in the news lately. They brought in party cronies here, they were shouting, protesting against the large sums of money that are to go to this steelworks, as well as to other arms industry plants in Poland. This outcry is: that the money is for the Germans - says Prime Minister Donald Tusk in a recording published on social media.

- I will try to explain this as simply as I can. Watch my lips: 20 billion, only for this steelworks. Stalowa Wola, Podkarpacie, Poland. Did it sink in, you stubborn heads? - asks the head of government.
