"We have taken responsibility for preparing a compromise bill that will bring order to the chaos caused by the neo-NSC. Today, this bill is solely awaiting the signature of the President of the Republic of Poland," wrote Waldemar Żurek on the X portal.

"Mr. President, please make a pro-state decision," the minister appealed.

"Poles have already paid a real price for the chaos introduced by Zbigniew Ziobro and his associates: millions in fines and billions deducted from EU funds, lengthy proceedings, and thousands of cases waiting for years to be resolved, while neo-judges continue to produce further flawed rulings," he pointed out.

"The responsibility for the chaos that will continue, should you veto this, will fall on you."

The Minister of Justice accompanied his post with a recording.

- It [the bill] brings order to the system. Protracted trials, legal uncertainty, overturned verdicts against multiple murderers, questioning divorce decrees. We are seeing this in recent weeks. This is chaos in the justice system. We warned about this, but we have a remedy for it - he says in the film.

- We have prepared a very good bill. This bill will bring order to what is currently going wrong in the justice system. It will translate into shorter proceedings. It will mean that a citizen, when going to court, will know that a judge is sitting at the bench - Żurek assures.

- Mr. President, please think about it. 1000 vacant positions. How many human affairs have not been resolved? The neo-NSC, in two terms of its mandate, has retired 145 judges for political reasons. Those who could have worked, those who wanted to work. I calculated how many cases they would have resolved if they had adjudicated for 8 years - 633,000. So many cases have not been resolved because the neo-NSC has become a hostage to political war - he argues.

- We want to bring order to this, so we appeal: please sign this bill. The responsibility for the chaos that will continue, should you veto this, will fall on you - he emphasizes at the end.
