President Karol Nawrocki will participate in the commemorations of the 81st anniversary of the liberation of prisoners from the German concentration and extermination camp Auschwitz-Birkenau.

At 2:15 PM, a wreath-laying ceremony is scheduled before the plaque commemorating the first mass transport of Poles to KL Auschwitz on June 14, 1940, and at 2:20 PM – a wreath-laying ceremony before the monument of Capt. Witold Pilecki.

At 3:00 PM, a wreath will be laid before the Wall of Death, and at 3:20 PM, the President's address to the media is scheduled.

At 4:00 PM, the President will participate in the main ceremony commemorating the 81st anniversary of the liberation of prisoners from the German concentration and extermination camp Auschwitz-Birkenau.

At 11:20 AM in Jastrzębie-Zdrój, a press briefing by Sejm Marshal Włodzimierz Czarzasty will take place, concerning the difficult situation at JSW. Earlier, at 10:45 AM, a ceremonial laying of flowers under the stone commemorating the victims of mining disasters at KWK Borynia is planned.

At 12:00 PM, a session of the Council of Ministers will commence. The agenda includes a draft amendment to the Aviation Law, as well as a draft amendment to the Act on the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution.
