Tuesday's Political Agenda: President in Davos, Government to Review Bill Partially Suspending Aid to Ukrainians

The government will convene at 12:00. The primary item on the agenda is a draft bill to cease the provisions stemming from the act on assistance to Ukrainian citizens in connection with the armed conflict on the territory of that state.

President Karol Nawrocki is commencing his visit to Davos for the World Economic Forum. Today's schedule includes a meeting with the President of Armenia, Vahagn Khachaturyan, at 13:15, followed by a meeting with the President of the World Bank Group, Ajay Banga, at 15:00.

At 18:30, the President will attend a private reception for the World Economic Forum hosted by Sheikh Bandar bin Mohammed Al–Thani and H.E. Mohammed Saif Al–Suwaidi from the Qatar Investment Authority, and at 19:30, a dinner hosted by WEF Chairman Borge Brende and WEF Board of Trustees Co-Chairs Laurence Fink and André Hoffmann.

At 12:30, a press conference will be held in the Sejm with the participation of PiS parliamentary club members Janusz Kowalski, Zbigniew Kuźmiuk, and Andrzej Kosztowniak.

At 15:00, the Sejm's Constitutional Accountability Committee will hold a closed-door hearing to question Kamila Sukiennik, Krzysztof Senderowicz, and Robert Szumski – concerning the preliminary motion to hold the President of the National Bank of Poland, Adam Glapiński, constitutionally accountable before the State Tribunal.
