- History has given us almost 37 years of freedom, but we must know today, right today, that this freedom is once again threatened in various ways - said Jarosław Kaczyński in Starachowice.

- This is not a time for political stories, political dissertations, but we must remember this fact and remember that the lives, life stories of people like the late Jadwiga Kaczyńska, the late Lech Kaczyński, the late Przemysław Gosiewski, the late heroes honored here on this land, and very, very, very many Poles, are what we should build upon our readiness to, today, in different conditions, incomparably better, but still difficult, not only fight, but fight to ensure Poland remains free - he continued.

- For Poles to remain free, for all these ventures from the East, but unfortunately also from the West, which are trying to take away this freedom from us – national freedom, personal freedom, freedom of speech, and in time, if we do not oppose them, all other freedoms – that all of this will meet with resistance, with a firm "no" - he went on to say.

- We can express this "no" in various ways, but the decisive moments are when we can say "yes" or "no" to those who are currently leading this process of taking away our achievements, the achievements of the 1980s - he added.
