Domański on the PIP Act:

We Must Reconcile the Interests of Employers and Employees.

- It was definitely the Prime Minister's decision not to continue work on this bill [on the reform of the National Labour Inspectorate]. I was not consulted on this particular bill - said Andrzej Domański in "Gość Wydarzeń" on Polsat News.

- Marshal Czarzasty is of course right here. The Left in this government - and I can say this as someone who has spoken many times with both Marshal Czarzasty and Minister Dziemianowicz-Bąk - certainly looks after the interests of employees. Just like the entire government, like Civic Coalition, and other parties forming the coalition - he stated.

When asked if it was a good decision to withdraw the bill, he replied: - A very good one. Because we need solutions that, while remembering the interests of employees, do not throw the baby out with the bathwater and also remember the interests of employers.

- We must reconcile the interests of employers and employees. In the opinion of many circles, this bill did not serve that purpose. And therefore, in accordance with the declarations of the Prime Minister and Marshal Czarzasty, we are working on new solutions, or more precisely, Minister Dziemianowicz-Bąk will be working on them - he continued.
