Dziemianowicz-Bąk:
We Won't Give Up the Effective Fight Against "Trash" Contracts
- This is the goal, this is the goal of the Left, this is my goal as Minister of Labour, to fight the pathology of "trash" employment. Of course, regarding the methods of achieving this goal, and here we, as the Left, I as the Minister of Family and Labour am open to dialogue, to discussion with our coalition partners - said Agnieszka Dziemianowicz-Bąk in TOK FM.
- If there is a need to continue discussing how to balance the role of the Labour Inspectorate and the situation of various parties, then of course we are open to this conversation - she continued.
- I understand that in this form, because this is the Prime Minister's position, that in this form the project is not yet acceptable, so let's talk about the form - she said further, when asked what gives her hope that the Prime Minister will be convinced.
- I listen to the statements of our coalition partners, I heard yesterday the statements of, for example, Minister Motyka [...] who quite clearly said that colleagues from the Polish People's Party would be ready to accept such a reform if the role of the court were strengthened - she added.
- Even Ryszard Petru says [...] that greater court control is important here. I am most open to this, but this goal, which is the effective fight against "trash" contracts, remains unchanged, and we, as the Left, will pursue this goal, we will fight for it [...] we will not give up this goal - she emphasized.
