Czarzasty on Nawrocki:
It's Good He's Started Dealing with Current Politics Between One Forest Skirmish and Another,
- Regarding the President, it's good that he's started dealing with current politics between one forest skirmish and another, because it means he's seen what governing potentially entails. So we are pleased that the President is beginning to engage in real politics - said Włodzimierz Czarzasty in an interview with Marek Tejchman on Polsat News' "Gość Wydarzeń," when asked about Karol Nawrocki's interview for "Gość Niedzielny," in which he stated that "the Polish political scene is divided between those who want to talk and those like Marshal Czarzasty."
- The President has vetoed 20 laws, [...] meaning the most of any president so far. It took him, I don't know, about half a year. What's interesting is that it's not as if the President is looking for a single enemy; he wanted to work this way, he wanted to create a political arrangement where he could veto, because out of those 20 laws, 15 were during Mr. Hołownia's tenure. This is interesting because Mr. Hołownia pursued a different policy than I did - he continued.
- Therefore, if the President wanted to point to the bad guy who is blocking his laws and the good President, that's not how it is. The President has decided to fight. We'll see what comes out of this fight - he added.
