- On December 30th, farmers are taking to the roads! Hundreds of tractors and machines across Poland are an expression of desperation and opposition to the policies of the government and the EU - wrote Mariusz Błaszczak on social media.

- Farmers have had enough: over 160 reported protest locations, tractors along a vast number of roads, viaducts, and routes - this is a warning signal that must not be ignored! - emphasized the head of the Law and Justice (PiS) parliamentary club.

- If the government protects the interests of Germany, corporations, and large importers instead of the Polish countryside, then there's no wonder citizens are taking to the streets! Today, we stand in solidarity with the farming community - he added.
