A 23 billion PLN deficit in the National Health Fund, and they're still heading towards making it even bigger" - wrote Anna Maria Żukowska on X, referring to Adam Szłapka's statement: "As part of deregulation, we would like to discuss lowering the health contribution. We need to consider various solutions with our coalition partners.".

"NO. You won't negotiate with us, there's not even the slightest possibility. With us, you can talk about abolishing the health contribution - in exchange for introducing a flat health tax, which we will discuss tomorrow at 12:30 PM." - she continued in her post.

"You from Civic Coalition (KO) want to deplete the state budget, and we from The Left want to strengthen it. You want to look for cuts in healthcare and introduce limits, while we want to increase spending to 8% of GDP on healthcare (which isn't even the EU average) so that it FINALLY works well. Because you can't have effective healthcare when you are the 5th largest economy in the EU, with 38 million inhabitants, and you are second to last in health spending." - she emphasized.
