- I think the entire situation [with the chain law], as far as PiS is concerned, can be described by one word: hypocrisy. Well, since a large part of PiS MPs voted for the adoption of this law, and since this law so deeply and beautifully fulfills Jarosław Kaczyński's postulates regarding animal protection, then PiS should now actually vote to overturn the president's veto - said Adam Bodnar in "Kropka nad i" on TVN24.

- I understand that there is some thinking there in terms of the wisdom of the political stage, that now one needs to change one's views in the other direction. But this must be called by its name – it is simply ordinary hypocrisy and regret for the animals, regret for their suffering, and regret for the effort that was put into getting this law passed - he stated.
