- No - said Adam Bodnar on TVN24's "Kropka nad i" when asked if he would like to become a judge of the Constitutional Tribunal.

- I believe that every person holding a political office, a Member of Parliament, a Senator, should - in accordance with what we adopted in June 2024 - have a four-year waiting period and not seek a position in the Constitutional Tribunal - he indicated.

When pressed about filling the vacancies, he stated: - I believe it needs to be filled and we need to finally bring about the creation of a true Constitutional Tribunal, such as we had 10 years ago.
