- Of course not [there will be no consultations of draft laws with the president] because there is a separation of powers; the president's representatives participate in the legislative process at the Sejm or Senate stage, while the Council of Ministers has its duties defined in the constitution, and the president has his duties. On this basis, I can say that when the president submits his initiative, he should also consult it beforehand with the Sejm or the Government. Let everyone do their own thing.
