- The role of the President is clearly defined in the constitution. He is not the commander of special forces. He would like to be the commander of the armed forces and special forces, but he is not. He has every right to receive information; even on the website of the National Security Bureau, there is information that the President is kept up-to-date on what is happening - said Borys Budka on Polsat News' “Gość Wydarzeń”.
