Bogucki:

One day, that żurek will be served in a detention center and prison

- I think that Minister Żurek, if I may say so, as an example of the Prime Minister, perhaps he should actually focus on making those sometimes truly pathetic videos about how they are mushroom picking, how they are eating żurek, how they are eating popcorn, and really leave the law alone, because he either knows absolutely nothing about it, or he is consciously lying in an absolutely deliberate way - said Zbigniew Bogucki on wPolsce24 television.

- What Constitutional Tribunal, that the president is exercising his prerogatives, that he appoints or refuses to appoint judges? Minister Żurek knows perfectly well that in 2012, the provincial administrative courts, the Supreme Administrative Court, the Constitutional Tribunal [...] spoke very unequivocally, firmly, without any doubt, that this is the exclusive prerogative of the president - he continued.

- This coalition, Minister Żurek, Prime Minister Tusk and this whole team suffer from such political dissociative identity disorder. When the President appointed 60 judges and 4 assessors about a month ago, there was a voice from the Chancellery of the Prime Minister saying "deepening chaos in the justice system". When the President refuses to appoint them, suddenly Donald Tusk, not knowing what is happening, says that it is a scandal that these people cannot be promoted. If the president had appointed them, the narrative would automatically be that he appointed neo-judges and is deepening the chaos of injustice in Poland - he went on to say.

- So, humorously, when I remember that video of Minister Żurek consuming that żurek, I don't know if żurek is served in prisons and detention centers today, but I have a deep conviction that one day that żurek will be served in a detention center and prison - he added.
