- On November 9th, a video appeared on social media featuring Minister Waldemar Żurek, then a judge, in the leading role, where he states, quite directly, in an interview from May 2013 that he received a call from an important Spanish journalist - said Michał Woś at a press conference.

- When journalists asked the Minister of Justice, just yesterday, about this important Spanish journalist, about revealing his name, it turned out that we saw Żurek shaking like jelly, agitated, nervous [...] even threatening TV Republika or wPolsce24 journalists with lawsuits - he continued.

- If the Minister of Justice behaves this way, it raises very serious questions [...] during yesterday's conference, a firm "no" was not given. What did Mr. Żurek say? "If there is evidence, show it," "if I had contact with Rubcov, I will address it," "show what you know, and I will say something about it," any lawyer can see that there's something to it - he went on to say.

- Today we want to publicly pose [...] several questions [...]. Specific questions for Waldemar Żurek. Let him answer whether he ever contacted Rubcov [...] or not. [...] Let Waldemar Żurek publicly confirm or deny whether this well-known, important Spanish journalist who contacted him in 2016 was Rubcov, or someone else, and if someone else, let him provide specific names - he added.
