- The value of 400 million stems from the placement of a warehouse and logistics center in this location, which was situated there because it was a State Treasury plot. Once it ceased to be – regardless of the reason – CPK should have simply changed this plan and relocated the planned logistics center elsewhere. - Why it was left there, thus bestowing a potentially very large benefit upon the buyer – that deserves an explanation. […] The railway line is not a problem because […] it is subject to expropriation for the State Treasury, one way or another. […] [The warehouse center] should have been replanned elsewhere – I don't know why this hasn't happened for 2 years, nor why for 2 years KOWR [National Support Centre for Agriculture] did not exercise its right to revoke this sales decision, as it also has such a right - he stated.

- Until the change of government, CPK continuously stated that the plot should not be sold. It was sold a few days before the change, this information did not reach me while I was still in office. […] I am being accused that in the last few days of my tenure, this information did not reach me – well, the question is why this information did not reach [anyone responsible] for 2 years and such a simple action was not taken? - he summarized.
