- I have confidence in Minister Żurek, he knows judicial matters inside and out [...] he was a judge, he resigned from that status, and I truly see his great determination in these decisions to finally have courts start ruling at a faster pace, so that cases don't drag on for years - said Tomasz Siemoniak on the "Gość Radia Zet" program.

- But you will admit [...] that drawing lots is probably a better solution than appointment - said Bogdan Rymanowski.

- Minister Żurek left it. As I read about one of these judges being drawn [...] I have confidence in Minister Żurek, and it is very rare in these three-judge panels that there is, I don't know, a 2:1 vote; meaning, the judges discuss and reach their verdict - Siemoniak replied.

- What is this issue about? It's about neo-judges, yes, that's what it's about - he continued.

- Or about excluding them, really? - the host asked.

- Yes, yes [...] if it turns out that these verdicts are then challenged, or can be challenged, it is an absolutely rational action, this system needs to be reformed - Siemoniak replied.
