- First, they illegally took over the prosecution, then, against the opinions of judicial collegiums, they replaced court presidents, and now they want to manually appoint judges to rule. Moreover, they announce the liquidation of the CBA... Doesn't this fit into one scenario titled: "Impunity for Their Own"? - Jarosław Kaczyński wrote on social media.

- Żurek's regulation is a violation of the Constitution (Article 7) and laws. This is another unlawful action by this team, which calls into question the legality of this government, and certainly the legality of the current Minister of Justice! - emphasized the PiS chairman.

Najpierw nielegalnie przejęli prokuraturę, potem wbrew opiniom kolegiów sędziowskich wymienili prezesów sądów, a teraz chcą ręcznie wyznaczać sędziów do orzekania. W dodatku zapowiadają likwidację CBA... Czy to nie układa się w jeden scenariusz pt.: "Bezkarność dla swoich"?
