Mateusz Nowak

- Marcin Kierwiński showed Rafał Trzaskowski who is in charge in Warsaw, but he did it on an issue that concerns many residents, which worries many Warsaw residents, and we want an issue that is so important to them to be resolved constructively - said Sebastian Kaleta at a press conference.

- For today's extraordinary session, Warsaw's PiS proposes the following solutions: firstly, we propose that the restriction on night-time alcohol sales should apply to those districts that have expressed such a will in previous consultations, these are 4 districts: Śródmieście, Praga-Północ, Ochota, and Bielany - he continued.

- We are proposing today a draft resolution of the Warsaw Capital City Council to call a local referendum for November 16, in which Warsaw residents would answer two questions - he went on to say.

The questions in the referendum proposed by PiS are as follows:

1. Do you support the introduction of a restriction on night-time alcohol sales throughout the area of the Capital City of Warsaw, consisting of a ban on the sale of alcoholic beverages intended for consumption off the premises between 11 PM and 6 AM?

2. Do you support the introduction of a restriction on night-time alcohol sales in your district, consisting of a ban on the sale of alcoholic beverages intended for consumption off the premises between 11 PM and 6 AM?
