- I handed over those 25 million from the state budget, which the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau received, and they classified it as a benefit achieved by the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau. And in the assessment of the neo-prosecutors Bodnar's men, Żurek's men, Tusk's men, this is a crime. In the Polish state, equipment for catching criminals, thugs, is considered a bribe in their eyes - said Michał Woś in an interview with TV Republika after his interrogation at the prosecutor's office.

- I submitted a declaration of the complete illegality of this action, primarily due to the fact that my request to lift immunity [...] Mr. Korneluk himself signed it [...] and according to the declaration, according to the Supreme Court's ruling, Mr. Korneluk is not the National Prosecutor, so he could not make such a request, and therefore, immunity has not been effectively lifted. So, I only submitted appropriate declarations about the unlawful actions of these individuals - he continued.

- They announced 10 years of imprisonment - he further stated when asked what he faces for the alleged offenses.

- I am optimistic. These people face not only 10 years, but under Articles 127 and 128, for attempting a coup, attempting to overthrow constitutional state organs, unlawfully violating the law, participating in the so-called doctrine of fighting democracy, carrying out Donald Tusk's orders – they face life imprisonment. So, we will manage these 10 years, ladies and gentlemen - he added.
