No Grounds for Not Publishing Rulings of the Constitutional Tribunal.

- Rulings of the Constitutional Tribunal are not being published in official journals, for which there are no legal grounds. From the perspective of the Commissioner for Human Rights (RPO), this is a significant problem, as it also concerns judgments issued by properly constituted panels, judgments that are beneficial to citizens, declaring the unconstitutionality of provisions that restrict individual freedoms and rights – stated Marcin Wiącek during a session of the Sejm Justice Committee.

- We are experiencing deepening legal chaos within the judiciary, citizen uncertainty regarding the content of applicable law, and the legal force of rulings by judicial bodies – he continued.
